After an early career focused on Project Management within large groups such as General Electric Capital or BNP Paribas, Julien decided to make his knowledge of the financial sector available for the benefit of the world of recruitment.

Recruitment being a major strategic element for all companies, let's make sure we put the right people in the right positions!

Thus, having worked in recruitment for many years now, he has become an expert on both talent attraction/recruitment and retention of high-potential employees.

He also had the opportunity to manage teams of Business Managers as well as Talent Managers, define commercial strategies, negotiate complex partnerships, and optimize relationships with key clients. All while creating real human-based commercial relationships, making it an essential partner in the eyes of its customers.

Having worked in the financial sector, he knows its habits and customs very well, as well as the different departments: Project Management, Operations (front, middle, back-office) as well as the support professions (purchasing, IT, compliance, finance …).

Guillaume Stollsteiner is the co-founder of Swiss Noble Partners, a headhunting firm specializing in the recruitment of senior executives and strategic talents. With over a decade of experience in the recruitment field, Guillaume has worked with various companies to identify and place key leaders, demonstrating his mastery of talent management.

Before launching Swiss Noble Partners, Guillaume founded TnP (Tell NP) in 2013, a human resources consulting company focused on career transition and employee performance development. Through TNP, Guillaume has developed and implemented effective training and coaching methodologies, helping numerous professionals achieve their career goals.

Within Swiss Noble Partners, Guillaume plays a central role in integrating innovative methods for recruiting senior executives.
